Match multiple prefixes in user title regex. The whole list=blocks query dies if a user talk string is given, so in the extremely rare case where someone writes a link as User talk:User talk:Amorymeltzer, this whole thing would have died. This should remove multiple instances in a row, which are *technically* valid but unlikely to be productive (and indeed blocked here by blacklist)
